Where is the delivery from?

We ship our orders from Germany .

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order . After this time, we are unable to make changes to your order, but once received, the product can be returned for a full refund .

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, Mastercard, AMEX ) and PayPal payments.

When do you process orders?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and sales. Orders are processed Monday through Friday , within 1-3 business days of order placement, and are shipped the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to increased demand, delivery time may be 3-7 business days .

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

The prices shown on the website are in euros and are exclusive of taxes . This means that customs duties and taxes may be charged upon receipt of your order. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the respective country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any customs delays. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What happens if I receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us if you find a defective, missing or incorrect product in your package. Please include the order number, a photo of the product(s) and any relevant information. We will do our best to resolve your matter quickly.

When will I get my money back?

In all cases, the refund will be made to the original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund will arrive at the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days after the return or cancellation has been processed. If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take some time for the credit to appear.
